Custom orders

How does it work?

1. Fill out the form with as much information as possible. If you already have a preference for certain colours, please indicate them in your request. If you have a reference image, you can include the link in the message (Google Drive, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.).
2. After reviewing your request, I will contact you to confirm feasibility, provide a quote and estimated timeframe, and send you the available color options for the yarn best suited to your piece.
3. To confirm the order, payment of 50% of the total amount is required via MB Way or bank transfer . In the case of a bank transfer, you must send the corresponding proof of payment.
4. Once the piece is finished, I will contact you again to request payment of the remaining 50% , plus the shipping costs. As soon as payment is confirmed, the order will be sent to your address.

Deadlines

The standard production time is around 10 working days , but this may vary depending on the number of orders in the queue and the complexity of the piece. The estimated timeframe will always be provided in the response to your order.

Shipping

At the moment, I only ship to Portugal .

Shipping costs are normally €4.45 . However, if the order exceeds standard weight or dimensions, this amount may change. The final shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch.

Important information

• All pieces are handmade, so there may be slight differences that make each creation truly unique.
• To ensure the best possible result, changes cannot be made once production has started . Therefore, please confirm all details before confirming your order.
• The initial 50% payment serves as a deposit to secure your order in the schedule and purchase the necessary materials. For this reason, it is non-refundable .
• I reserve the right to refuse requests that I am unable to fulfill or for which I do not have availability.
